Today we had the opportunity to watch the touching movie Lion which was based on a true story. It was truly an amazing movie and if you missed don't worry you can still watch it on Netflix!
First Meeting
January 15, 2018
Come out to our first meeting on Tuesday January 13 to get more information about ways to give back and ways to get involved. Our first meeting will be held in Willard 158 at 8 o' clock. Spread the word and bring your friends!
Malayaka House
January 2018
Malayaka House trip was a success and was truly a life changing experience for everyone who went. Members went on safaris and spent some quality time with the kids in Malayaka House. Keep an eye out for pictures on the homepage and make sure to check out the Malayaka House Updates page to get a sequence of updates throughout their journey.
PVYC Workshop
Nov/Dec 2018
During our workshops, we were able to talk to students from the youth center about standardized testing, applications, personal essays and alternative options after graduation.
Holiday Boxes
December 2018
This year we were able to give kids at Penn State gifts for Christmas time! Thanks to members and other volunteers who were able to donate gifts from coloring books to gift cards for making this time of year special.
Crowdfunding Campaign

The Crowdfunding Campaign initiated by Erin Barrett was a success! Thanks to all the family and friends who donated money to help our goal and spreading empathy, opportunity, and equality!
PVYC Trip

Our first trip to PVYC was a filled with fun and was overall a great experience. A bunch of EO members went to PVYC for the first time to spend time with the kids and get to know them. They left Penn State at 4 and stayed until dinner and headed back to campus around 8. Thanks again to Hope's mom for driving to PVYC so we had enough cars to get everyone there!
Panda Fundraiser

Grab your friends and anyone else and tell them to come out and get some Panda this Thursday. Proceeds will go to EO to help us build the org. and continue on our goals! Make sure you tell everyone you know because we need to meet a certain number to actually get money from Panda purchases!
Happy Buns!

Thank you everyone who came out to the Happy Buns social. A bunch of EO went to happy buns for the first time and had some amazing donuts and ice cream. Happy buns is right next to Big Bowl and combines two of our favorite things: Donuts and Ice Cream!
